About this quiz
Ribbia counts 197 countries: the 193 members of the United Nations plus Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo and Taiwan. The run covers 20 letters and 189 countries: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, U, V.
- Each letter has its own 20 second clock, and the table for that letter is shown when the round ends.
- Naming the top entry wins the round at once; anything lower still scores for itself and everything below it.
- Letters with fewer than three countries are left out.
- Left out for want of an official figure: Kosovo, Taiwan, Vatican City.
