About this quiz

The order never changes from year to year, though most of the dates do: only New Year's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Veterans Day and Christmas Day are tied to a day of the month.

  • There is no federal holiday in March, April or August.
  • January and November have two each.
  • The dates shown are the days the holidays were observed in 2026.
