Blind 7 to 1: countries and states
The bank mixes the countries of six continents and the US states. The group names are hidden and only their sizes show, from 7 down to 1. Find the set of 7, the set of 6 and so on.

- Every group is on the board. Click a group (or press its number), then click the bank buttons that belong to it.
- When a group is full the next open one takes over. A wrong pick stays in the bank: it belongs somewhere else.
- Only the size of each group is shown. Work out which set has that many members.
- Pause whenever you like (Esc). The board hides while the clock is stopped.
Fill each hidden group with the items that belong together. The groups and the bank appear when you start.
About this quiz
Every group is a list Ribbia has already checked for one of its other quizzes. The 28 bank buttons are dealt from those lists, and a name that appears on two of them is never used.
- All groups are on the board at once: fill them in any order.
- A wrong pick fills one of that group's slots with a cross. The item stays in the bank, because it belongs to another group.
- A hidden group shows its name once all its slots are used.

Note on the data. Group members are read from the lists behind these Ribbia quizzes, each checked against the publisher named in the sources on or before 3 October 2026: Countries in Asia; Countries in Africa; US states; Countries in Europe; Countries in Oceania; Countries in North America; Countries in South America. Names that appear on more than one of these lists are left out, so each button belongs to exactly one group.
